Positively Impacting Our Communities

REVMAN is committed to giving back through serving and supporting the communities where we live and work. We seek to have a positive impact in our communities by strengthening our cities and neighborhoods through donating our products to charitable organizations as well as donating our time to serve others in need through our We Care initiative.

Donation Request & We Care Guidelines

REVMAN will review each donation request or event sponsorship opportunity.  As part of our review process, we will assess the request based on the questions listed below. Our hope is that this assessment will be helpful in evaluating whether or not to submit your request.

  • Is the request or organization addressing an unmet need in the community?
  • Is it reaching an appropriate number of people for the size of the donation?
  • Have we already contributed to the organization in the recent past/current fiscal year?
  • Is it a family or youth-oriented event?
  • Is it for an organization that we have supported in the past?
  • Does the organization have 501(c)(3) status, a viable board of directors and a track record of meeting important needs in their community?
  • Is the work that this organization does in the community well known and does it have a good reputation?
  • Do the values and mission of the organization align with the basic philosophies of Revman?

Our programs support:

REVMAN will support projects that adhere to acceptable ethical and social values.  Examples of such organizations would include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizations impacting the fight against hunger
  • Children’s organizations such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCA, Youth League Sports Teams, etc.
  • Schools (Elementary – College)
  • Social service organizations such as rescue missions, soup kitchens, shelters, advocacy centers, crisis organizations, American Red Cross, Habitat For Humanity, etc.
  • Health support and research organizations – March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, etc.
  • Environmental such as projects at parks or other community designated areas that improve the communities surroundings or environment
  • Military and Law Enforcement organizations

Our programs are unable to support:

  • For-profit organizations
  • Third-party organizations raising funds for a nonprofit organization we already support such as sorority/fraternity fundraisers
  • Sponsorships to individuals (e.g., beauty pageant contestants, all-star players, student council trips, foreign exchange trips, etc.)
  • Individual youth athletes
  • Political Parties, Candidates or Causes
  • Multiple events/requests by a single organization
  • High school or college yearbook ads

We Care

With a long history and reputation for providing quality products for iconic brands, REVMAN is also a recognized name in the areas of corporate social responsibility and volunteerism.  We believe that individuals have the ability and responsibility to bring positive change to the communities in which they live and work. Our employees are our greatest resource to help bring about positive change by committing their skills, passion and time in service to our communities. In an effort for REVMAN to support our employee commitment, we created an employee volunteer program called We Care.

This program provides an opportunity for our employees as volunteers to assume a more active role as corporate citizens in the communities where we operate. Employees can choose to participate in this program, which will allow paid time off for employees to positively impact their communities. Among the benefits of this program are:

  • A stronger sense of responsibility in our employees to serve others
  • A positive and sustained impact in the communities where we live and work
  • An opportunity for our volunteers to develop leadership skills that can benefit the community
  • An opportunity to strengthen relationships with community stakeholders

By identifying worthwhile local and national charities and sponsoring employee volunteers, the volunteers can directly contribute to the well-being of citizens in our surrounding communities.
